Good evening.
Use your firm Microsoft account. There's no separate Iris password to remember.
Only firm accounts assigned to Iris can sign in. If yours hasn't been, you'll see a page explaining what to do next.
Trouble signing in
Use the Microsoft account you use for Outlook at the firm. If it says the account isn't assigned, or you are waiting for access after signing in, ask the principal: they assign you to Iris and give you your role.
